About
I am an Reader in Statistics at the University of Warwick. My research is in methodology for Bayesian computation, applied to areas such as statistical genetics, neuroscience, ecology and climate science. You can also find me elsewhere on the web:
This site is mainly used to detail my software projects:
- ggsmc: for visualising output from importance sampling, sequential Monte Carlo and ensemble-based methods.
- RClonOr: an R interface to reversible multipleJump MCMC inference for the ClonalOrigin model for homologous recomination in bacteria (as used in this paper).
